Our low-temperature extraction method contains vitamins because it is extracted at temperatures below 97 degrees. Vitamins are not only nutrients necessary for our health, but also play a role in preventing oxidation. We only manufacture products of good quality that do not require chemical treatment such as deoxidation. We use only those that have a clear ship flag, fishing grounds, and landing area, and whose freshness has been correctly controlled.
