We cultivate Jerusalem artichokes on 20 hectares of land in Hokkaido using "pesticide-free" and "chemical fertilizer-free" methods.
We cultivate Jerusalem artichokes on a certified organic JAS farm in Hokkaido.
These Jerusalem artichokes are rich in inulin, a soluble dietary fiber known as “natural insulin. By crushing and drying them, we process them into tea and powder, and offer products that can be easily consumed on a daily basis.
Inulin is expected to have various health benefits, such as improving the intestinal environment, controlling blood sugar levels, and lowering cholesterol levels.
Additionally, we offer health jellies and chips fried at low temperatures so as not to destroy inulin. We are also developing various processed foods using Jerusalem artichoke.
