This easy-to-drink health tea features organic Jerusalem artichokes grown organically at our own farm at the foot of nature-rich Aso. We process them fresh on-site and slowly roast them using far-infrared heat for our tea bags. When brewing one 2g tea bag in 400ml of boiling water for 5 minutes, it yields 1.2g (1200mg) of water-soluble dietary fiber inulin (as total fructans) per 400ml.
