This gift box set features six varieties made with fruits grown in Miyazaki Prefecture. The base is rice milk produced from specially cultivated rice grown in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki. Because it is derived from rice—an ingredient familiar to the Japanese palate—it does not overpower the ingredients, instead enhancing the natural character of each fruit. The six flavors are mango, hebesu citrus, yuzu, summer strawberry, banana, and fruit tomato. Our main business is OEM development of ice cream and soft-serve ice cream mixes.
